We’re still a few weeks away from the bulk of our produce, but we can see signs of what’s coming. Our row of snap peas are doing great – flowering, with a handful of plants starting to give us a taste of what’s coming. Strawberries are out, though not quite yet in quantities for selling. Tomatoes, peppers, tomatillos, onions and more are all in the ground growing well.
For the moment, though, we have abundant lettuce, spinach, and basil – early season leaf crops. We’ll be putting some of those out on the stand as freebies since we have too much and hate for it to go to waste.
